	Ok Kids Time to vent, I have posted things about my EX the whore yes. I am not arguing that. I am however arguing the fact of posting comments. I believe there are some unwritten rules on this subject. Sometimes people that know each other on a personal basis do fire comments that seem a bit over the top but it is understood that these people are boys and can get away with it. I am directing this at Heroin bob. A poster who I actually liked up until now. Yes it is my opinion that I can get pissed off. I know what she is and how she is, but that doesn’t mean that I have to open a forum up and see a comment like that, I mean it would be along the lines of me commenting on the fact of heroin being an asshole. Not gonna do it. If a cat is a cat, we know it is a cat and don’t need to be told it. Let it be, I fired forums up about the subject and we have moved on. At no point within that forum about a “tuesday night” did I make mention about katy, so what gave you the right to throw a comment out that you knew would piss me off. Thanks heroin for being an asshole. Grow the fuck up and think about some comments you make and just how inappropriate they are.

	Don't forget about your position here.. Give DJ some head and get Bob's account removed if he pisses you off. Then again, that kind of axes the freedom-of-speech thing this inter"web" brings. Who knows. At least you done brung the anger to it's own thread, vs hijacking others.

	Time for big brother to chime in... Last night I finished the last line of code for Big Arfie 5.0. I've put thousands of hours into the code for this web site, mainly for the fact that I really enjoy reading what everyone has to say. We have a great bunch of users here, and thats what keeps me coming back for more. That being said, I think it is important for us to, how should I say it, calm down a little. Between this and the Norm-LittleKitten arguing, I think its time to just chill... Chill! You must chill! I have hidden your Firebird keys! I think it is really neat that we can debate, rather intelligently at times, issues like the war and our (marxist) government without getting into (very many) personal attacks. In conclusion, lets keep the personal attacks to a minimum. This, of course, excludes the following: Making fun of Farley's spelling Discussing Norm's lack of female companionship Not listening to "the voice.." -Tanner

	I have tried, and if i have attacked or such i have not hit on personal stuff that is over but may still be lingering in someone. someone could come up to me 6 years from now say something about this subject(katy) and it would still strike a nerve, it always will. tanner you are the best thanks for perspective. my main reason for this topic posted is think about possible personal feelings of attacks. if i call norm a fag he knows i am kidding. thats all.

	Jesus, sorry if I pissed you off, but I'll take Kid Dexterity's lead and run with it here... You bitch about her being a whore and a very funny joke is made about the topic, and suddenly it is inappropriate? Doesn't make sense to me. I guess we can all go back to calling Norm a fag, huh? I'd say getting bent out of shape over a one-liner that someone who doesn't know you said online is inappropriate. Boy, I hope the 5.0 has an appropriateness filter, a 'don't hurt anyone's feelings' filter and a 'are you sure you wanna write about your girlfriend again' filter, because that would make it so much easier and safer.

	just because people write about things, they vent, and yes a one liner set me off. My FRIENDS can say shit like that to me.it has nothing to do with, you wrote about it, yes i wrote about her and how she is, but that doesnt mean it has to commented on in that manor. the forum that i had set up was about a good time that i had, it had absolutely nothing to do with my EX, so maybe also was why you had to fire that out. people bitch about things left and right on this site, but people know and have limits on seeing how much something sucks for a person and not bringing it back up. i havent said a thing about her or the situation recently, and i thought everyone, well everyone but you had figured out, maybe it wouldnt be a good thing to comment on any more, so it died, it stopped, but now i gotta deal with seeing a stupid comment from you. thats my point..lets recap. 1. you are not friend enough to comment like that 2. sensitive subject one way or another-common sense should have kicked in. 3.you made three references in that one liner, did you really need to throw one at me about my EX? farlupulous dealing wiht stupidity all his life

	Alright, time to chime in on this one. Initially, I felt like Farley was overreacting, because nobody put a gun to his head made him put his business out in an open forum where the whole world (or the 30 people who frequent this site at least) can see it. Then I started to think about the fine line that we walk as members of this website. Most of the time we’re all about being tongue and cheek dropping the sarcasm, but then all of the sudden somebody gets upset and the line gets blurred. The bottom line is this is an open forum and any asshole can get a login here if they want one (I have one for chrissakes) so if you wear your heart on your sleeve you have to be ready for that. Those of us who have been around might know better, but sometimes people that are newer to the culture don’t know the dynamics here and we can’t blame them for following our lead with the snark. I think the best approach to take is that everything here is meant in good fun unless otherwise specified.
